Social Media Coordinator
I started at LO Media as an intern, where I supported graphic creation, platform management, and attended social media shoots across a diverse portfolio of businesses. As I developed a deeper understanding of each client’s voice and growth strategy, I was brought on part time as a Social Media Coordinator while I began my Master of Science in International Business. This transition reflected both performance and trust, as I moved from supporting execution to having more responsibilities with content shooting and social presence.
Content Strategy & Execution: Developed monthly content calendars, created short form video and static graphic assets, assisted on designing and developing weekly email blasts, and ensured brand consistency across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitored engagement metrics, audience insights, and performance trends to refine content direction and improve reach and retention.
Content Shoot Coordination: Directed social media content shoots, created shot lists prior to attending shoots, hired and communicated with paid actors from Backstage.

Tarte Cosmetics
As a PR & Influencer Marketing Intern at Tarte Cosmetics, I supported the PR team in coordinating influencer gifting and product initiatives to amplify brand visibility across social media. I assisted with organizing PR mailers, tracking products deliverables for influencers, and maintaining influencer outreach lists to ensure smooth execution of brand collaborations. This role gave me hands-on experience in the fast paced beauty industry while strengthening my understanding of PR, event planning, and influencer marketing strategy in the beauty industry.
Influencer Coordination: Assisted in organizing influencer gifting, tracking deliverables, and monitoring PR lists to ensure alignment with brand standards and up to date influencer information.
PR Operations: Created and printed package labels for influencer gifting and PR ahead of brand trips and events, sat in on meetings with PR team, tracked press placement and social media coverage.

Assistant Event Planner
As an Assistant Event Planner, I helped managed the intricate logistics and on-site coordination required for multiple weddings ranging from 100-250 guests throughout NYC and Westchester. Balancing remote organization with live event execution, I prioritized consistency and operational efficiency. This experience sharpened my ability to navigate high-pressure environments while maintaining a high standard for every client. It was incredibly rewarding to serve in this role and help ensure each couple brought their vision of a perfect wedding day to life.
On-Site Execution: Helped direct and assist with on-site wedding ceremony and reception setup, as well as vendor coordination to ensure all venue elements aligned with the client’s vision.
Vendor Organization: Used Excel to organize critical vendor and client data, maintaining high levels of operational efficiency.
